You are all for that thing when you fully want it to happen.

Example: "Would you like to go to the show?" Reply: "I'm all for it."

Example: "Shall we wait until they arrive?" Reply: "I'm all for leaving them behind."

Example: "Did your father like our idea?" Reply: "He's all for it."
