"All Over Again"

All over again means that thing happened before and now it is happening again, in the same way.

Example: "Do you remember Berlin? This is the same thing all over again."

Example: "They attacked us before, now it is happening all over again."

Example: "I had a terrible time at my last job and now it is happening all over again."
