Extend Credit To Someone ( allow a customer to pay at a future time for goods given now; lend someone money to be paid back later ... )
"extend credit to us"



Extending credit is allowing them to have it now but not pay for it until later. Example: "I want that couch, but I really cannot afford it." Reply: "We will extend you credit." Another example: "The bank was not willing to extend her any more credit."
