What They Don't Know Won't Hurt Them ( they don't need to know ... )

"What They Don't Know Won't Hurt Them"

When there is no need to tell someone something, you can say "what they don't know won't hurt them."

Example: "Don't tell your father what happened; what he doesn't know won't hurt him."

Since he won't be hurt by not knowing, there is no need to tell him.
